one of my family members put some things in my name that I%26#039;m not aware of and now I%26#039;m fu***d up in a situation that i cant even get what i want to get far as a loan or store credit cards like circuit city and best buy. What do i need to do?
I went to free credit report and tried to look at my credit and they want even let me look at it. It states that i had applyed for a loan for a house. . i don%26#039;t even have a house, they said i had a car in my name .that i don%26#039;t know about. whats going on?
i don%26#039;t want to go to jail for kicking some one a#$.

using someones identity is illegal. Therefore, if you didn%26#039;t do any of the carges that you are stating, you can dispute them. You will need dispute by sending letters into the credit agencies. Before you do anything, you need to look at your report... You should be able to pull a copy of your report (urls of websites below).
Once you have the report you can get a better assessment of what you need to challenge. But this seems to be a bigger issue than just bad credit... If someone has used your identity, you can let your local law enforcement know about it.
And, yes, you can get arrested... for kicking someones a%%26amp;. Thats called assault. But you cannot (as far as I know) get arrested for having bad credit.
first figure out all the negative issues with your report, and either contact the police or just dispute the accounts (or both)
