I was stupid and let my Mom charge money on my credit cards. She is not paying them back. IS there anything I can do to get her to pay them off?

If I were you, I would just consider it a lesson learned and pay them off yourself. Unless you want to take your mom to court, there really isn%26#039;t much you can do. You would have to sue her in small claims court and even then all they can do is issue a judgement against her. They can%26#039;t like put her in jail until she pays. If she won%26#039;t pay her debt now, I seriously doubt a judgement would do you any good. It would probably just cause more problems. Sorry!!
