already foreigners issu money from the ATM machine using their credit cards, how is that? if it is prohibited so at can i do to solve a 3000 $ financial problem as soon as possible?
How is lthe law of lebanon prohibits foreign issued credit cards?
Foreigners hold credit cards issued by their country of origin. Lebanons can apply for credit cards issued within the country of Lebanon but not outside of Lebanon.
