yes, you need a pin number to get cash using a credit card at any casino. otherwise, you can go to the cashier cage and ask for an advance on your card. they will need your ID and it%26#039;s a hefty service charge.

you can also set a line of credit with the casino before you go. of course you%26#039;ll have to give up your SS# and go through a credit check..,

At my casino in MI, you gotta pay a 3% surcharge and you have to use the human teller.

You can buy chips or coins at the casino cage with your ATM or credit card.. (with proper ID)

Some casinos allow you to get cash advancements right on the tables.. (Ballys, Hilton, MGM...ect) but, not all of them do..

To play poker in any casino.. All you do is go into the poker room and sign up if there is a waiting list.. Once you do that.. You can either buy, chips on the table or at the front desk of the poker room..
